Tap Ideas That Are Inside Prison Walls

A vision, dream, idea, concept is to turn the prison system around so that it is not only beneficial to the inmates and their families, but to society as a whole. Many inmates, or even a majority of them (male and female), have or possess the ability to come up with or produce one or more good ideas that would benefit more than a few in SOCIETY.

This writing is base on research of jails and the state's prison systems across the country. There is always money to build more prisons. Why not use that money to seek answers and solutions about possibly rehabilitating the prison system from the inside out.

The thought is to turn the prison system into a secondary economic system in support of the mainstream.
