STRESS IS SOMETHING THAT IS NEW AND THERE IS NO WAY TO MEASURE STRESS. ONCE AGAIN, JUST BECAUSE IT IS COMING DOWN THE PIPE LINE DON'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT IT.
ONE THING TO DO IS TO GET TO KNOW YOURSELF, HOW YOU REACT TO CERTAIN THINGS AND PEOPLE. BECAUSE IT'S USUALLY SOMETHING OUT SIDE OF YOURSELF THAT IS UPSETTING TO YOU.
TAKE TIME TO SLOW DOWN AND SMELL THE FLOWERS, I MEAN REALLY SMELL THE FLOWERS.
