Reducing The Crime Rate with this understanding, that a majority of mentally ill people and those that commit crimes make use of one or more of the following mental abilities.
Out-wit means to get the better of by superior ingenuity or cleverness.
Clever-means mentally bright; Having sharp or quick Intelligence. ABLE
They make use of these abilities to get by, make do, in their given environment. "Out think", means to excel in thinking , think faster, more accurately. Society now has the advantage that in the fact that even should they be making use of these mental abilities they don't know that they do. "INGENIOUS" MEANS CHARACTERIZED BY CLEVERNESS OR ORIGINALITY OF INVENTION OR CONSTRUCTION.
These people make use of many of the postive menatlly abilities to the negative and the results are negative. Many feel they are lost in some form of darkness of they own making and I'm here to tell you that they are tired of the life, going back and fo to jail the hospitals.(more later)
